1600 residential units within a gated village with numerous builders to offer various neighborhoods. Project includes an impressive recreational facility with pools, entertainment options and activities for the kids in the community. In addition, there is future commercial site to accommodate the community’s needs, 50 acres of open space, parks and a vast network of trails.
Removals & Quitclaims: worked with SCE to complete removals and obtain quitclaim documents early on to ensure entitlement could move forward.
Infrastructure: three major backbone streets were planned to accommodate this project. This included working with Southern California Edison (SCE) for a new sub-station to serve this project as well as support the neighboring communities. Utility Specialists worked with Southern California Gas (SCG) for a system betterment project that was required to serve this project. In addition, the work we provided ties into the CalTrans/City of Corona Cajalco Bridge improvements on Interstate 15.
Residential development: working with The New Home Company & Woodside Homes, we coordinated and managed all aspects for their dry utility needs including SCE applicant design services and working with SCG, AT&T and Charter to ensure delivery of the dry utilities on time.
